Located on 42nd Street, there are many educational exhibits within the building teaching guests of all ages about the job NYS Police do to keep our state safe. Outside the building demonstrations are held using the rappelling tower, located inside Slade Park.

NYS Police Demonstrations ft. K9 & Rappelling

Show times are 2:15, 4:00, 5:30, and 8:15pm. The New York State Police conduct daily demonstrations including rappelling, K-9, and rollover crashes. The Rappelling Demonstrations are carried out by the Special Operations Response Team (S.O.R.T.) using the 57-foot tower that stands in Slade Park.
