Perform with Foreigner at the Erie County Fair! Directors of middle school and high school choirs are encouraged to audition for a chance to perform on-stage with Foreigner at the 2025 Erie County Fair. The chosen choir will perform the classic hit, I Want to Know What Love Is onstage with the band Thursday, August 7 in the Grandstand.
How the contest works:
- The Choir Director submits the official entry form and audition video by April 25
- The winner will be determined by public voting, which runs April 30 to May 7
- Each voter may cast one vote per email address per day during the voting period
- The winning choir will have the opportunity to perform on stage with Rock & Roll Hall of Fame member, Foreigner, during their performance of "I Want to Know What Love Is" at the Erie County Fair on the evening of Thursday August 7, 2025
- Up to 25 choir members (less than 25 choir members is fine but no more than 25) and 2 adult chaperones will be permitted to participate in the performance
- Foreigner will also donate $500 to the winning choir’s music program
Foreigner has partnered with the Grammy Foundation to support its mission of maintaining and restoring music education and arts in North America's public schools and raising awareness about the importance of music and the arts as part of each child's complete education.
