Shelter Rentals

Host your company picnic, family reunion, or kid's birthday party at the Fair!

Nestled in the shade of the Fairgrounds, Hickory Tree Park is just steps from delicious food, exciting entertainment, livestock barns, rides, games, shopping, and so much more!

Shelter Rental Reservation: $200
Included with a shelter rental:

All day access to your own private shelter
Accessible sidewalks
Green space (amount varies by shelter)
Tables and chairs

Shelters are reserved on a first come first served basis.

Discounted Gate Admission

25-100 tickets at $15.00 per ticket (12% discount)
101-250 tickets at $14.00 per ticket (18% discount)
251+ tickets at $13.00 per ticket (24% discount)

Discounted Gate Admission must be purchased in advance. Cost includes fees. Unused tickets are not refundable. Kids 12 & under are FREE every day of the Fair and require no ticket. Discounted Gate Admission also available to guests who only want to purchase Group Tickets!

Food & Beverage
Option 1
You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks to the picnic shelter, however, it is the Erie County Fair's policy that no glass, alcohol, or grills be brought in. Outside catering may not be brought onto the grounds. If you wish to have a catered meal, please contact one of the following three Fair caterers:

Option 2
Purchase $10 meal vouchers to be used with any food vendor at the Erie County Fair.
Meal vouchers must be purchased in advance. Unused vouchers are not refundable.

Rides
Weekday Shelter Rentals (Monday-Friday) have the option to purchase Unlimited Ride Bands or Fun Cards (65 ride credits) for $32 each.
Weekend Shelter Rentals (Saturday & Sunday) have the option to purchase Fun Cards (65 ride credits) for $32 each.
Wristbands/cards must be purchased in advance. Cost includes fees. Unused wristbands/cards are not refundable. Wristbands/cards will be delivered on day of rental. Wristbands can not be shared.
