Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Erie County Fair! We value a strong common ground among our vendor and concession partners which in turn creates a fun-filled fair experience.
The 185th Erie County Fair is scheduled for August 6-17, 2025
Previous vendors and concessionaires are given the first opportunity to renew their contract unless their performance has been unsatisfactory. Because of the large number of requests for space and the large percentage of exhibitors and concessionaires who wish to return each year, we have limited space available to new applicants or current exhibitors looking for additional space. Therefore, it is usually April or May before space vacancies can be determined for new applicants.
New applicants are selected based on the following criteria:
- Completed online application (including references and color photos)
- Uniqueness of product or service, lack of duplication
- Appearance and professionalism of display in color photos submitted with application
- Availability of appropriate space
- References, referrals, experience and/or written recommendations
All vendor applications will be reviewed by the Concessions and Commercial Exhibits Manager.
Vendor spaces MUST be staffed all 12 days of the Fair from 11:00am-10:00pm, absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS.
All products and services need to be approved by the Concessions Manager.
Selection Process Timeline:
- August: Erie County Fair
- September: Applications go live (New vendor applications are
accepted all year round, starting in September)
- October-December: Renewal Applications accepted from
returning vendors
- January/February: Space is allocated to all
returning vendors.
- March, April, May: Open spaces are filled with
accepted new vendor applications
Selection of new vendors will continue until all available space is filled. If your application is selected, you will be notified, and a Vendor License Agreement will be sent to you.

VENDOR APPLICATION
Rental rates:
The Event Center (our #1 building) are between $1,800 and $1,600 for a 10’ space.
Rates for Marketplace and Bazaar between $1,150 and $1,100 for a 10’ space.
Outside rent is based on front footage required. We do not allow less than 15’ of frontage.
Some areas with higher traffic are $100 per front foot and some are $85 per front foot
